Motorcycle Maintenance Series | MINI 150 Engine Oil Replacement Guide

Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement:

1. Place the motorcycle on a level surface and set it on the center stand.

2. Warm up the engine at idle for about 3 minutes.

3. Turn off the engine and wait for about 3 minutes.

4. Remove the oil drain bolt.

   • (Oil strainer) (O-RING)

   • (Oil filter) (O-RING)

                 •   Drain bolt: 300–350 kgf·cm
                 •   Oil strainer cover: 200 kgf·cm
                 •   Oil filter cover: 100–120 kgf·cm

5. Add engine oil: 950 or 1000 cc

6. Start the engine and let it idle for about 3 minutes.

7. Turn off the engine and wait for about 3 minutes.

8. Check the oil level using the dipstick (do not screw it in during measurement).

   • The oil level should be between the upper and lower marks.
